C2E travel agency is searching for a friendly and professional candidate who has the desire to be a travel agent to join our start-up team. As our travel agent, you should be passionate about seeing the world and helping others do the same. This role involves planning holidays, suggesting travel destinations, maintaining client files, managing large-scale events, all by getting the best packages from our vendors to best satisfy & meet our client’s needs. Our goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Meet profit and sales targets
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs & advise them on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, hotel accommodations and costs.
- Promoting travel packages for both leisure and corporate tours and holidays.
- Handling vendor and traveler phone calls/emails.
- Vendor online comparisons to reach the best hotel package prices for the clients.
- Follow up on client experience after their booking.
- Maintain client information and financial records
- Be ready to resolve travel issues & complaints.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or relevant field
- Fluency in Arabic & English, speaker & writer. Multilingualism (French/Spanish/German/Chinese) is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel trends/destinations.
- Strong presentation, sales & negotiation skills with business awareness.
- Great face-to-face and telephone communication skills.
- Presentable, pro-active, sense of responsibility, friendly and ability to work independently.
- Quick and resourceful, accurate, strong analytical skills and has an eye for detail with the ability to multi-task
- Team player, motivated, has a positive attitude and enjoys working in e-travel and hospitality.
- Strong Social Media Skills
- Customer relations and service.
