Job Description
- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
- Gather, compile and organize sales force effectiveness diagnosis data for sales force needs/requirements analysis purposes
- Execute sales force effectiveness plans and initiatives to drive sales growth and sales force productivity
- Support implementation of processes, tools and systems (e.g. customer relationship management, field force management system, etc.) to support sales activities
- Maintain and update customer databases and follow up on any data discrepancies
- Prepare materials to facilitate training needs analysis and organize information gathered. Assist in coordinating and tracking training programs and its progress to drive sales excellence and productivity
- Guide users on the functionality of reporting platforms and assist in the generation of sales information/reports for decision-making purposes
- Execute continuous improvement activities on sales force effectiveness framework, plans, training, processes, tools, systems and reporting to effectively support sales teams
- Work closely with sales teams and external vendors to ensure the timely and quality execution of sales force effectiveness plans/initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or other related field
- Organizational and time management skills. Complete work within established time frames. Ability to prioritize, and coordinate multiple projects and competing work demands
- MS Office skills is a must.
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form
- Ability to problem-solve job-related issues.
