Job Description
- Selling and handling outside Egypt Travel packages, Specially honeymooners’ packages (e.g. Dubai,Turkey,Zanzibar,Albania,Thailand, Malaysia, Bali, Maldives & Europe)
- Arranging outbound packages including accommodation, flight tickets, visa, and sightseeing excursions.
- Customized packages upon customer’s request
- Maintain client relationships and solve problems to keep repeat clients satisfied
- Working with Travel-management solutions and B2B systems such Hotel suppliers
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, live chat, or email.
- Handling clients requests (outside Egypt )
- Handling tailor made requests
- Making quotations & offers to individual clients and corporate accounts
- Negotiate with suppliers to get best price
- Handling hotels booking
- Following up with the clients during and after their trip through various channels (Calls, emails, social media channels etc.)

- Well usage of our social media channels in order to respond to clients' requests
