Job Description
- Maintain the smooth daily operation of claims section.
- Ensure claims procedure in compliance with company’s rules and successful implementation of procedures to avoid claims abuse.
- Monitor the claims operational flow in terms of claims turnaround time , quality of outgoing claims correspondence.
- Support the claims function in prompt and accurate settlement of claims and negotiation with different parties.
- Analyze , provide advice in handling strategy for complaint/appeal claim cases independently.
- Assist in preparing management reports, statistical and analytical claims report in a timely manner for regular claims statistics and irregular claims trends and give proactive suggestions to enhance the quality of works.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree prefers in insurance .
- 1-3 years of experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
- Very good time management and organization skills.
- Ability to handle work pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work in teams and cooperate with other team members
