Job Description
- Provide End-User with S/W and H/W Technical Support and Help Desk.
- Provide On-Site Support to End-User.
- Manage Several Networks.
- Troubleshoot IT Issues and Outages.
- Perform H/W and S/W Installations.
- Perform Regular Backups.
- Configuring and Managing Vdsl and Adsl Routers.
- Manage Business IT Devices (Routers, Firewalls, File servers, Access Points, Windows Servers, Printers, Projectors and VOIP Systems)
- Perform an average of 4 On-Site visits per week
Job Requirements
- Must be located in Great Cairo
- Military Status: Exempted, Done, Postpone
- College graduate
- Must have laptop
- Deep knowledge of IT ticketing Systems and could work easily with it
- Network + Certificate or Knowledge
- MCSA Certificate or Knowledge
- ITIL Foundation Certificate or Knowledge
- Linux + Certificate or Knowledge
