Job Description
As an Account Manager you will be responsible to extend I-Systems strategic visibility and presence in Egypt. You are the key point of contact for the solutions that I-systems offers to help businesses achieve their immediate and long-term goals. You will lead strategic business conversations from the start of the sales cycle through winning business.
An Account Manager is a Quota Carrying role, where you will have end-to-end responsibility for generating revenue, this includes territory planning, pipeline development, forecasting, and deal progress through to closure.
As an Account Manage, you will:
- Lead sales process across different territories. Responsible for territory strategy, coverage, planning, forecasting and quota achievement
- Identify and develop new business and progress through the entire sales cycle
- Create effective and specific business development plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth
- Coordinate all sales activities and manage resources within the sales cycle to ensure deal profitability
- Plan and execute the whole sales process (preparing proposal, presentation, cost/benefit analysis, etc.)
- Plan and execute up-sell ad cross-sell activities
- Align with I-Systems partners and act as partners’ single point of contact during the sales cycle and pulling other resources as needed
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners based on knowledge of market needs
- Proactively communicate with customers on all levels
- Monitor potential prospects
- Create customer’s events for improving sales activities
- Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline for assigned territories
- Provide necessary sales support during presales and post-sales periods
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B IT sales (Solution Sales, Account Manager, Partner Network Cooperation)
- Experience selling B2B cloud solutions
- Experience in business development (market segmentation, decision makers, customer needs, competition in the accounts)
- Experience selling (inside or field) to executives
- Knowledge of Software, hardware, network and surveillance solutions
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, time management skills and strong communication skills
- Strong business and financial acumen a plus
Education and Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business discipline required
- Advanced level in English language allowing fluent communication, making presentations, preparing complex written statements and documents associated with performed tasks
- Familiarity with the selling process and techniques
- Good time management skills

- Displays a basic understanding of business processes
