Job Description
- Manage and maintain the company’s material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations.
- Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure.
- Provide routine management information on inventory performance .
- Monitor and evaluate consumables usage & costs .
- Control and follow up production job order
- Produce daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved.
- Ensuring accuracy of inventory counts, analyzing results, book-to-physical reconciliations, investigating variances, and resolving issues through use of root-cause analysis.
Job Requirements
- At least 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing accounting,
- Have a detailed understanding of ERP (SAP or Oracle).
- strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good communication skills (written / oral)
