Job Description
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible on managing our operation Hub in (Mohandiseen ,Nasr City , Maadi , Hadayk El ahram and central delta.
- You will be responsible on dispatching all packages and ensure smooth delivery.
- You will be responsible on achieving the highest delivery rate in your area.
- You will be responsible on hiring and train our drivers at your hub and ensure complete understanding for the whole delivery journey
- You will be responsible on depositing our daily cash and reconcile with the HO finance team.
- You will be responsible on all the Hub drivers performance.
Job Requirements
Skills:
- V-good in English language and high communication skills.
- Data oriented and able to read, analyze numbers.
- High leadership skills is required.
- Able to travel within Egypt cities if required.
