Job Description
Major Functions
- The Quality Assurance Section Head should establish and maintain quality management system with all activity related to audit area
- Define and scope improvement opportunities.
- Drive the momentum of each process improvement project forward, on schedule, and under budget where applicable.
- Participate in and develop Lean activities (Kaizen, VSM, etc.).
- Devise and Establish a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications.
- Set up and maintain control and documentation procedures.
- Plan Internal Audit.
- Participate and apply necessary technical skills (DMAIC, Lean) to deliver improvement results.
- Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
- Coach plant personnel on Six Sigma, Lean tools.
- Employ overall Quality knowledge and concepts when working through initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Planning and project management skills
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience from 3-5 yrs , Preferred in Manufacturing.
- Experience in Automotive or Buses manufacturing is a plus
- Total Quality Management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to undertake market research
- The ability to interpret data and statistics
- Relevant skills with technology
