Job Description

  • Manage and assist legal department in day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Manage and update legal documents and databases.
  • Organize and maintain the filing system.
  • Follow up and tracking contracts and signature process.
  • Take legal briefs and notes; prepare correspondence, reports and datasheets.
  • Follow up with legal team members the timely delivery of assigned legal tasks.
  • Manage expense accounts and handle invoices and payments.
  • Manage stationery, office supplies and equipment.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in law firms
  • Details oriented.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • High communication skills
  • Time management skills
  • Very Good command in English language is preferred.
  • Presentable and motivating character
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines competently
