- Manage and assist legal department in day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Manage and update legal documents and databases.
- Organize and maintain the filing system.
- Follow up and tracking contracts and signature process.
- Take legal briefs and notes; prepare correspondence, reports and datasheets.
- Follow up with legal team members the timely delivery of assigned legal tasks.
- Manage expense accounts and handle invoices and payments.
- Manage stationery, office supplies and equipment.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in law firms
- Details oriented.
- Problem solving skills.
- High communication skills
- Time management skills
- Very Good command in English language is preferred.
- Presentable and motivating character
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines competently
