- Design and update grading and Pay structure system, the benefits system, design career path, job rotation system.
- Design and update organization structures with job descriptions- Job profiling, KPIs & deps workflow.
- Develop criteria for selection, promotion and retention of current and prospect employees.
- Participate in performing the Training Needs Analysis for employees.
- Manage the Performance Management Process.
Job Requirements
- Holder of HR Diploma is a must. MBA will be an added advantage.
- 6-8 years of experience within same position.
- Professional user of MS. Office package including Visio.
- Excellent Command on English Language.
