Job Description
- Applicant should be responsible for maintaining all export, imports and shipping documentation and monitoring accurate information is recorded.
- Prepare and handle all export shipping documentation related to daily shipment ( shipping declarations, final shipping declarations, etc. )
- Following up with shipping lines & freight forwarders for documents issuance.
- Follow up shipments & weekly orders.
- Monitor and coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines and global offices on shipments.
- Record, manage & file shipments.
- Providing monthly reports for each POD.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Business Administration
- Experience of 1-2 years in relevant industry
- Knowledge and familiarity with shipping terms and documentation
- Capable, responsible, independent, and able to handle stress
- Sincere, mature and great interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Good knowledge in MS Office and Excel
- Preferably nearby Giza & Mohandseen resident
- Full attention to detail and punctual work ethic.
