Job Description
We are hiring 2 lawyers for 6 of October Branch & Nasr City Branch
- Conduct internal investigations with employees in case of incident reports to take legal action in these cases regarding the Egyptian labor law.
- Prepare the legal procedures and the documents of cases in preparation for pleading in these cases
- Representing the Hospital before administrative boards and court trials.
- Review all contracts or any other documentation where the Hospital has committed itself and assess
- Facilitate the provision of legal advice to all hospital managers and executives to avoid patient complaints and legal cases.
- Drafting legal documents
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws
- Registered to Lawyers syndicate
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience in labor issues and personnel affairs
- Computer Skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to provide independent advice (orally and in writing) to senior level management on highly technical matters;
