Job Description
- Your role will include implementing, supporting, administrating, and maintaining Enterprise IT management software with a focus on IT service management systems.
- Providing documentation and training for staff in existing business information applications, testing system upgrades and generating business reports relevant to the company.
- Implementing new software taking the entire project management under his wing.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant degree is preferable.
- English: Good, both spoken and written.
- Exemption / Completion of military services (for Egyptians).
- Experience Level: 0-4 years of experience.
Key skills:
- A strong IT background.
- Ability to communicate articulately and effectively at all levels of business.
- Ability to building excellent client relationships and outstanding communication and presentation skills, ideally client facing.
- Ability to produce high quality documentation
- Consistently working as part of a project team focused on client success.
- Willingness to travel according to project location.
Preferred:
- Background in Development (Python, Java, or JavaScript) is a plus
- Background in writing SQL Queries and creating reports is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP and SSO
- Basic knowledge of web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3)
- Experience with troubleshooting
