Job Description

  • Provide customers with ongoing technical support to resolve any issues.
  • Provide Assistance to service providers helping maintain high provider satisfaction
  • Maintain operations cycle by ensuring customer requests are properly tracked and completed efficiently.
  • Follow proper escalation protocol to ensure all issues are resolved in timely manner
  • Demonstrate and explain the operation and use of our services to consumers.

Job Requirements

  • 0-1 customer service or operations experience (Preferably in start-up environment)
  • Strong problem solving and research skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts
  • Good Communications skills and ability to work within a team.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Priority to hiring will be for fresh graduates and senior students.
