Job Description
Team Management & planning:
- Allocate resources & Monitor performance on daily basis.
- Set Technical skills development & knowledge transfer plans for his team members
- Track operations fulfillment quarterly for his team
- Review installation, maintenance & roll out plans
Account Management & product ownership:
- Maintain customer satisfaction & periodic service review meeting
- Track stock availability & monitor team consumption
- Communicate with vendors, receive New upgrades and resolve any problem or escalation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in engineering (Electrical, mechatronics, communication…)
- 7+ years of experience in the field of maintenance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
