Job Description
- Prepare all accounting operations based on accounting principles
- Prepare budget and financial forecasts
- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close.
Job Requirements
- 3+ Years of experience
- Experience in Real estate companies “Developments”
- Knowledge of Quickbooks & BrightPay program
- Cost accounting experience is preferable.
