Job Description
- Preform the technical review of feasibility studies, cost estimates, consultant prepared reports & other required submissions for company-capital funded projects to verify the quality of work and conformance with the company guidelines, policies & regulations
- Responsible for development of financial models, add hock reports & other responsibilities Like mining, gathering and refining data required by senior Management for decision making purpose
- Identify non-value-added processes with department and seek solutions
- Create dashboards, flash reports and other simplified reports for assisting Top Management in sound decision making by assessing projects feasibilities financial models, assumptions and market trends to verify the rationality of the feasibility preformed and its compliance to financial and company guidelines
- Support capital planning in the analysis of the program data to evaluate the effectiveness of the companies polices and procedures recommended, as may be required, proposed updates and revisions that may further improve the companies’ process
Job Requirements
- Must be graduated from commerce major accounting
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Must worked in real estate industry before at least 3 years
- Accuracy
- Leadership skills is a must
