Job Description

  • Responsible for meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified freelancer Candidates.
  • Sourcing and screening online candidates, facilitating offers, and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.
  • Co-ordinate with Project Managers & business development team to fulfill projects requirements.
  • Screen & filter Candidates Profiles according to the required services and instructions.
  • Building a comprehensive global database of Candidates to meet continuous business needs.
  • Track and monitor vendors performance to manage their effectiveness and adherence with the determined Standards/Quality.
  • Reduce the cost of service and maximize the value and quality.
  • Recruit new vendors proactively, negotiate rates and maintain current vendor records.
