Job Description
- Receive Information Requests (IRs) from project site, and handle communication back and forth between the project consultant and relevant personnel on project site.
- Handle material submittals, document transmittals, design drawings, and shop drawings for obtaining relevant signatures, and handing it to the relevant personnel and/or project consultant.
- Create and maintain a log of all submittals and transmittals for future reference.
- Provide the Document Controller in head office with all projects’ documents needed for storage and sharing whenever needed.
- Handle the physical transfer and exchange of documents across projects’ sites, head office, and projects’ Clients/consultants.
Job Requirements
- University degree.
- Courses in Document Control (e.g. Microsoft Expedition, Prolog) is a plus.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Previous experience in Document Control (On-Site) and in Construction Companies is a must.
