Job Description
Administrative Duties:
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
- Provide general support to visitors
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders.
- Handle all travel arrangements.
- Organize office layout and order stationery and equipment
- Handle HR duties to update and maintain employees records & office policies as necessary.
- Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers.
- Manage correspondence with external parties.
Commercial & Analytics Duties:
- Get involved in sales analysis and prepare periodic reports on company performance.
- Participate in budgeting process cycles & provide input when necessary.
- Coordinate with other departments to keep track of business trends, contracts, etc.…
Job Requirements
- Experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or in other secretarial position.
- Comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
- Good Knowledge of MS office modules (Outlook, Power Point, Word & Excel) & computer knowledge in general.
- Proficiency in English is a must have skill (regular interactions with foreign nationals).
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Email etiquette familiarity.
