Job Description

  • Ensure internal messages are communicated to employees in a clear, timely and effective manner, using a high impact writing style and format 
  • Create specific communications action plans, timelines, and defined deliverable that support the communication of internal messages helping shape culture, drive engagement, and deliver results 
  • Review and edit communications drafted by internal stakeholders and make recommendations to ensure messaging is consistent with internal strategy and tone 
  • Support social media communications to deliver a strong employee value proposition 
  • Collaborate and support the work of various internal working groups 
  • Continually improve, measure, and evaluate effectiveness of employee communications strategy and methods 

Job Requirements

  • Holds a BSc / BA in business administration (Preferably marketing major), communications, human resources or relevant field
  • Required Industry Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role
  • Microsoft office / Design Programs/ Social Media 
  • Excellent command of English & Arabic
