Job Description
- Ensure internal messages are communicated to employees in a clear, timely and effective manner, using a high impact writing style and format
- Create specific communications action plans, timelines, and defined deliverable that support the communication of internal messages helping shape culture, drive engagement, and deliver results
- Review and edit communications drafted by internal stakeholders and make recommendations to ensure messaging is consistent with internal strategy and tone
- Support social media communications to deliver a strong employee value proposition
- Collaborate and support the work of various internal working groups
- Continually improve, measure, and evaluate effectiveness of employee communications strategy and methods
Job Requirements
- Holds a BSc / BA in business administration (Preferably marketing major), communications, human resources or relevant field
- Required Industry Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role
- Microsoft office / Design Programs/ Social Media
- Excellent command of English & Arabic
