Job Description

  • Coordinating with foreign suppliers for Business development aspects.
  • Updating projects’ log.
  • Updating the shared folder periodically.
  • Provide technical support to energy business development team regarding their meetings.
  • Preparing periodic requested reports for direct manager and compare it with the sales target.
  • Responsible for developing Annual targets for the principles for aligning targets, initiatives & action plans.
  • Responsible for developing presentations and business analysis for the direct manager to review.
  • Preparing Demand Planner / Order Planning reports along with conducting online meetings with principles on monthly basis for effectively doing Inventory management of products
  • Developing Customized solutions for customers by liaising with ECS technical teams and principles’ technical teams in order to fulfill on site requirements effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Engineering Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in the same role
  • Must have experience in Oil & Gas / Energy Field
  • Must have a car and driving license
  • Excellent with MS Office applications
  • Advanced Problem Solving skills
