Job Description

Position Overview

As member of Siemens Real Estate (SRE), you will be responsible to ensure Correct commercial Administration of location Unit, including reporting and controlling of Location Management Unit. You will be commercial interface to customers.

What are my Key Responsibilities?

Financial Administration:

  • Bottom up financial planning and alignment with target setting
  • Monitoring for compliance with accounting standards
  • Controlling of local financial figures
  • Creation and alignment financial forecast
  • Commercial project definition (i.e. SPI) and preparation including cost /investment calculation.
  • Coordinate accounting, legal, tax and insurance related topics
  • Financial reporting and compliance with company’s guidelines

Real Estate BA Tasks:

  • Business Administration support for negotiation and preparation of external renting and customer lease contracts
  • Implementation of SRE pricing model according to guidelines calculation net rent, rent adaption, evaluate pricing impact of maintenance measures and projects
  • OPEX & Service cost analysis review, alignment, communication and confirmation with tenants
  • Ensuring full charges of net-rent, OPEX and services to customer
  • Ensuring saving quality
  • Management reporting
  • Managing monthly closing activities
  • Forecast and budgeting
  • Other tasks (various financial aspects and related activities)

Contract Management:

  • Manage contracts for facility services, verification of costs received
  • Interface with shared services / AMU: Invoicing sales and posting of costs
  • Interface with SRE shared services /AMU: Invoicing sales and Asset Management Unit: contracts management (lease in and lease out)

Job Requirements

  • Academic degree from reputable University or College.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in similar managerial function ideally from comparable Business Set-up in Egypt or ME region
  • Very good working knowledge with MS Excel and SAP
  • Solid Accounting knowledge.
  • Knowledge of local tax laws
  • Excellent Communication, Reporting, and Presentation skills.
  • Excellent level of English.
  • Teamwork mentality rounded by an advanced leadership skill.
  • Analytical skills, being able to read, compare and interpret figures / data with ability to analyze business operations, trends and costs
  • Analysis, booking, cleaning and monitoring of financial statement and general ledger accounts
