Job Description

Operational Duties & Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management: 

  • Responsible for assisting in implementing the underling investment strategy and asset allocations as determined by the underlying committees at  PAM  
  • Perform a daily analysis for the investment menu & the over all market trend to come up with recommendations to the Portfolio Manager, in addition to being fully aware of fundamental news circulated in the market that would have impact on stocks or over all market movement and communicate all findings  to Portfolio Managers  
  • Apply fundamental & technical tools to forecast stock’s movements ahead of the market and to recommend investment actions accordingly.   
  • Closely monitor trading positions to insure the smooth open & close of the position, on the other hand, communicating stop loss & profit taking levels upon there occurrence & reporting any anticipated change in the trend that might go against the trades favor.   
  • Assist Portfolio Managers Reviews, analyzes and restructures client’s portfolio in the context of the assessed client needs and risk tolerances. 
  • Developing & maintaining the best possible relationship with the top brokers to gain the best possible service and to be on top of the market in terms of market information and daily flow. 

Customer Focus 

  • Ensure customers retention and development through monitoring of customers satisfaction. 
  • Ensures proper monitoring and reporting of client portfolios to clients on a periodic basis as agreed upon in the contractual agreement. 
  • Provide professional, personalized and private management for High Net worth individuals and PAM institutional clients' assets. 
  • Participate with Portfolio Managers in conducting Periodical meetings with clients to be aware of any change in investment targets or risk appetite of clients 
  • Documents client communication in client management system. 
  • Assist Portfolio Managers in preparing periodic reports and presentations & Strategy Reports for existing clients, as well as prepare proposals for prospective clients. 

Assist in identifying and bringing new business opportunities and to be an active member in participating to grow Prime Asset Management  

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA) or equivalent education, in addition to the following working experience.
  • Minimum7-8 years of related experience and/or exposure and training in similar function and industry.
  • Strong knowledge base and technical skills in portfolio management.
  • Strong knowledge in Egypt Market 
  • Strong Fundamental Background
  • Communicational skills and ability to work in teams. 
  • Computer literacy and knowledge in investment application software.
