Job Description
HR Generalist is urgently required for a Real Estate Development company:
- Conduct all payroll activities (Attendance, annual leave, exception, ….), prepare monthly allowance reports and Prepare payment slabs on monthly bases.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Manage and Oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Resolve employees’ issues and Support in all company social activities.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in all HR functions.
- At least B.SC / B.A in relevant college studies or business admin.
- Very Good command of English language, Excellent communication skills, and mastering MS. office (Excel, Power point and Word).
- HR diploma or post graduate studies in Human Resources is preferred.
- Real estate experience Would be an advantage.
