Job Description

HR Generalist is urgently required for a Real Estate Development company:

  • Conduct all payroll activities (Attendance, annual leave, exception, ….), prepare monthly allowance reports and Prepare payment slabs on monthly bases.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Manage and Oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Resolve employees’ issues and Support in all company social activities.

Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in all HR functions.
  • At least B.SC / B.A in relevant college studies or business admin.
  • Very Good command of English language, Excellent communication skills, and mastering  MS. office (Excel, Power point and Word).
  • HR diploma or post graduate studies in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Real estate experience Would be an advantage.
