Job Description
- Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal team as and when required.
- Perform project costing (earned value analysis) to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate and work with the construction team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work.
- Perform and manage projects activities scheduling and monitoring.
- Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestones progress to the preparation of customer billing.
- Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from subcontractors to ensure that all expenditure are captured and properly recorded
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in civil engineering.
- 1-3 Years of experience in same role in construction or developer companies.
- Independent worker who able to work well with minimal supervision.
- Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting
