Main Job Duties:
- Building a long term relationship with clients to know that the agency is very promising with her good calibers.
- Ensure that the account will reach daily, weekly monthly, quarterly and annual volume.
- Understand the problems and challenges of clients and identify ways the business could better address those needs
- Grow the business by identifying new sales and business development opportunities.
- Create plans and collaborate with internal teams to address client’s business needs.
- Schedule regular meetings, teleconferences, and visit client offices to strengthen the relationships.
- Associate for recruitment a crew and freelancer to work on the project is required
- Send monthly market survey and visit report.
- Ensure dedicated support to Training & Development Officer and ensure that different levels of staff training are completed as per the approved schedule.
- Orchestrate with the internal/external team to produce whatever is required from the client with the highest quality meeting the client deadline.
- Proposal preparation and presentation to the client.
- Internet research on competitors and what they do, to enhance the relationship with the client.
- Research on the client's needs before the meeting.
Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field; Master’s degree preferred
- Two to three years’ previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
- Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability follow-through on client contracts
- Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals.
