Job Description
The Application Engineer, as part of the team, will be responsible for:
- Design, configure and implement solutions
- Company application administration; Deploy, configure, integrate and test the implemented solution based on Technical and Business requirements.
- Company application troubleshooting and support during UAT and production.
- React to High Severity issues technical situation that requires immediate attention.
- Work with multiple teams for the successful resolution of issues and incidents.
- Work on-premises and/or Cloud
Job Requirements
- Mandatory skills
- 3 years’ Experience in Implementing and administrating WebSphere portal server
- 3 years’ Experience in Implementing and administrating IBM WebSphere Application Server V8 or V9
- WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment
- WebSphere Application Server Liberty
- Knowledge of open shift and cloud environment
- Experience in using CI/CD pipeline
2.Nice to have
- Experience of experience developing highly scalable Java applications using Java & J2EE technology stack
- Experience on Java Spring boot, microservices and WebSphere Application Server experience.
- Experience in Implementing and administrating business process management or business process automation
- Experience in Banking Systems
- ITIL certification
