Job Description

  • Utilizing past experience and communication skills in providing all clientele and customers an
  • International standard of support while resolving their issues.
  • Answering phone calls with clientele resolving their issues in setting up and using the product.
  • Handling online support messages from customers resolving their issues with the product.
  • Generating reports on issue resolution including type of issue, solution, and resolving time.
  • Escalating major issues received through the appropriate channels based on organization
  • Structure to ensure proper handling of major complaints.
  • Generating reports on repeated/major issues with product to support supervisor, on a weekly basis.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree. Preferred (Business)

Skills:

  • Excellent command in written English & Arabic.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent Communication, Situation Handling, Working Under Pressure.
