Job Description
- Utilizing past experience and communication skills in providing all clientele and customers an
- International standard of support while resolving their issues.
- Answering phone calls with clientele resolving their issues in setting up and using the product.
- Handling online support messages from customers resolving their issues with the product.
- Generating reports on issue resolution including type of issue, solution, and resolving time.
- Escalating major issues received through the appropriate channels based on organization
- Structure to ensure proper handling of major complaints.
- Generating reports on repeated/major issues with product to support supervisor, on a weekly basis.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor’s Degree. Preferred (Business)
Skills:
- Excellent command in written English & Arabic.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent Communication, Situation Handling, Working Under Pressure.
