Job Description
- Provide support on customers banking related queries primarily about money transfers.
- Performing other tasks related to the banking activity according to the needs of the project.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies/procedures.
- Proactive in assessing the financial needs of the customers.
- Providing straightforward information or dealing with complex inquiries.
- Using computerized systems to access customer information.
Working Condition And Benefits:
- Rotational Shifts 24/7 and 2 Rotational Days off.
- 8 working hours + 1hour break.
- Location: 5th Settlement, New Cairo.
- Training is paid

Job Requirements
- Fluent English and French C1 speaker.
- Graduates only.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit.
- Emotional intelligence.
- Good upselling skills and capacity to engage with customers by providing a warm and cordial atmosphere with every contact.
- Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus.
