Job Description

Role- Service Delivery Manager/ Managed Service Manager


Experience in NOC & SOC


Location- Riyadh (Saudi Arabia)


Experience- 6-12 years of experience enterprise experience, preferred as a Service Delivery Manager


Salary- 30,000-35000 SAR


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Selling Services
  • Project Lifecycle Management
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing

improvement activities wherever necessary


  • Client Satisfaction KPI development and reporting
  • Communicate with stakeholders on project performance and project issues.
  • Define and implement improvement plans to meet SLA and KPI
  • Build and maintain client relationships both internally and externally
  • Able to work independently with minimal direction
  • Flexibility and availability for escalation purposes for assigned customers

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information

Technology) is required. A master's degree is a plus.


  • Seven plus years of experience in managing and delivering managed services

solutions in a technology or IT services environment.


  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire

and motivate a team to achieve goals and targets.


  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build and

maintain relationships with key stakeholders
