Job Description
- Fares of flight tickets reservation.
- Responsible for reservation & Reissue & and Refund tickets through Amadeus and Galileo System.
- Domestic Hotels Reservations.
- International Hotel reservations through online wholesaler and Local Suppliers ( DOTW System – Hotel Beds – Hotels pro – TBO – GTA and many others )
- Online systems and all tourism services (travel insurance, applying Visas).
- Applying all Schengen & USA & UK Visa & all online application.
- Organizing honeymoon packages.
- Organizing Individuals & Groups Trips.
- Provide the highest level of customer care at all times.
- Handle All Corporate and MICE Requests )
- Have a good contact with Hotels & Suppliers inside and outside Egypt.
Job Requirements
- 10+ Years of experience in tourism
