Job Description
- Establish an effective Quality system cover the control needed for material entry to product release
- Ensure all products produced in factories under his responsibilities are exposed to quality inspection regime.
- Issuing work instructions for each process
- Ensure all products released to warehouses are complying with customer specifications and requirement.
- Report regularly to factory manager the quality status on monthly bases on the main K.P.Is of quality performance.
- Responsible for taking corrective and preventive actions with continuous improvement.
- Make a monthly report to the factory manager with the percentage of conformity and non-conformity
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree and preferred in production or applied arts
- At least 10 years of experience
- The ability to prepare and monitor the procedures and requirements of the quality system
- Good computer skills
- High personal skills
- Work under pressure
- High administrative and organizational skills
