Job Description
- Assist Leadership team in setting long term strategy for the group by providing needed analysis and reporting and participating in brainstorming and closed meetings
- Facilitate annual workshops alongside the Leadership team cascade strategy mandates to OpCos, and overlook the annual business planning process
- Develop Balanced Scorecards for the group and OpCos with KPIs
- Work with People Operations to ensure that all individuals have objectives that are cascaded and maintain line of sight to the company objectives
- Assist Leadership team with internal communication of strategy and objectives to the group at large
- Responsible to monitor and report on OpCos objectives status quarterly to Leadership team, attending monthly business review meetings (MBR)
- Coordinate with IT to ensure that Power BI dashboards are seamlessly and accurately reporting on KPIs
- Lead strategic initiatives at a Holding level related to cost optimization and reporting
- Responsible for mapping and optimizing OpCos business processes including operational, commercial, and financial SOPs are documented and updated
- Acting as the custodian of the board pack in coordination with accounting teams and IT, and ensure timely reporting to Leadership team
- Work alongside CDD to design and implement both proactive and reactive “intrapreneurship” initiatives to maximize value or mitigate risk in OpCo operations

- Responsible for the development and analysis, of feasibility studies to support decision making process of new initiatives, services, expansion ideas in OpCos in diverse areas such as business model development, financial modeling, organizational restructuring strategy, channel and go-to-market models, risk assessments, etc.
Job Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in consulting or financial services
- Experience with management consulting, and strategy frameworks in specifics
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics or comparable is required.
