Job Description
- Follow up on raw material orders on a weekly basis.
- Monitor and control the team to follow up on sales orders on a weekly basis.
- Make sure that all sales orders are placed on SAP.
- Assure that machine capacity combines with customer orders plan.
- Follow up with purchasing department on raw material orders.
- Follow up on available stock with the warehouse on SAP.
- Check with the quality and production department on finished product quality status to compare it with planned orders.
- Arrange weekly order list and send it to supply chain manager and plant manager for checking
- Create a monthly report with all department activities throughout the month.
- Responsible for creating an annual budget for the planning department.
- Make recommended adjustments to forecast and inventory targets based on changes in the demand.
- Lead, motivate, communicate with, develop and manage staff to ensure they are fully motivated to achieve best performance to meet the company’s needs.
