Job Description
Responsible for lands and commercial A tourist city in the Red Sea.
- Sale lands in a tourist city in the Red Sea area.
- Managing the selling, leasing activities, and pricing of shops, apartments, and lands.
- Responsible for the operations of the property management
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of land sales and real estate in the Red Sea area.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Fluency in the English & Arabic Language
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Welling to travel and live outside in the Red Sea Area
