Job Description

  • As an eCommerce, web apps, mobile apps & enterprise solutions developer, Road9 Media is looking for a technical sales specialist, to cover the following tasks.
  • Strategic responsibilities: 
  • Continuously studying the company’s technical solutions & products, in addition to, finding ways to integrate them to cover market needs.
  • Continuously researching market trends to be able to adjust our services for better market fit.
  • Continuously finding new ways to generate new business & execute them.
  • Continuously studying & understanding the company’s portfolio & previous work to be able to come with the best presentations for each sales case.
  • Daily responsibilities: 
  • Handling new leads received through any communication method; phone, email or any other way in cooperation with business development colleagues.
  • Requirements Gathering: Receiving initial briefing from customers regarding their requirements, & developing their requests on the go till reaching the best benefit for both of Road9 Media & the customer.
  • Consultation: The candidate should be able to give consultations to the customers on how to utilize our solutions to reach the highest business ROI.
  • Business Analysis: Based on the developed requirements & researches, the candidate shall be able to come up with a comprehensive, well structured, well written, business analysis document for each case.
  • Quoting: Based on each sales case, the candidate should be able to generate initial & final quotations based on market pricing & working hours consumed per each project.
    N.B. A pricing scheme will be provided to guide the candidate on the pricing process for each case.
  • Prepare software demos to demonstrate to customers.
  • Attend and participate in business meetings (requirement gathering, brainstorming, etc), advice and consult the client as much as needed, on how they can make the best use of our products & services.
  • Using the understanding of the market, our agency USPs & customer needs, presentations shall be created & presented in business meetings with the suitable content for each case.
  • Qualifying leads using the available methods or coming up with new methods for validating leads. As a validating example, the business developer shall validate customer’s purchasing power via giving an instant, approximate price estimation, to the customer’s requirements & receive instant customer feedback (pricing shall be based on preset pricing scheme created by the agency business team).
  • Regularly create branded quotations & proposals for customers based on their requirements.
  • Arrange and participate in brainstorming meetings with technical and marketing team members, to come up with best solutions to offer to customers.
  • Strictly follow a followup process for all running sales cases, for example, technical sales specialist shall have, list of scheduled calls & emails to be sent after each process point or trigger, such as “send a followup email 2 days after sending the 1st proposal”.
  • Immediate recording (logging) of all sales cases updates on the company's CRM.
  • Consistently communicate with technical consultants to attain better understanding of the company’s provided services & generating better presentations & proposals.
  • Managing deals closing process, including contracting & initiating the first payment installment with the accounting team.
  • Briefing project management with new projects or accounts and initiating the implementation process.
  • Maintaining the whole sales funnel with all sales cases on our CRM and taking full responsibility and control on sales cases, process, even after signing the contract in case the client needs more services or assistance, or expanding the project's scopes.
  • Cross selling and suggesting new services enhancements, or entirely new services according to customers’ needs.
  • Developing and enhancing sales processes and the business development department, such as by expanding or compressing existing sales pipelines to guarantee achieving targets and delivering high quality levels of service to our potential customers.
  • Assign, monitor and delegate tasks for business development colleagues.
  • Keep tracking for each quarter sales targets.

Job Requirements

  • Solid technical background, preferably with an information systems degree
  • Hands on experience in sales & customer management.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • High English commands (written & spoken)
  • Very well organized.
  • High punctuality.
