Job Description
- Responsible for the planning & delivery of events from proposal right up to delivery. Delivering events on time, within budget and with the agreed quality standards.
- Setting events timelines and priorities.
- Own and manage all suppliers’ relationships.
- Oversee all internal communication activities ensuring full alignment with the department goals. Manage all created communication content.
- Manage the coordination of all recognition programs and continuously work on their improvement to maintain fully engaged and satisfies employees.
- Prepare reports as required for the budget proposal, calculations and adjustments whenever needed. Manage staff responsible for events, internal communication and recognition programs including but not limiting to; setting objectives, coaching and mentoring, professional development through applying all performance management principles.
- Calculate the annual budgets of the events and adjust when necessary based on historical data and future strategy.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and high quality delivery of the events.
- Analyze event performance and prepare metrics presentation.
- Manage annual Kick Off plans.
- Provide feedback with required analysis and surveys after each event to define the strength and weakness points targeting the performance improvement.
- Oversee all the activities of own team to ensure high performance levels and efficient implementation.
- Responsible for the professional development of own team and ensure it is aligned with the organizational career progression and succession plans.
- Responsible for setting the team objectives in correlation with the department objectives, provide coaching and action plans required to achieve objectives.
