Stores & Branches Manager

Job Description-

• We are seeking for a creative Stores and branches manager to oversee stores operations. 

• You will be responsible for driving company objectives in profit and growing the revenues, sales performance, customer satisfaction, and shrink results. Store Managers are also responsible for leading customer interaction and associate talent development on a daily basis within their store. add on leading franchising all over the country.

Essential Functions of this position include:

• Drive sales and profitability through customer satisfaction and report analysis
• Developing store strategies to raise customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
• Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Effectively schedule for the stores.
• Ensure efficient day-to-day operation of the store.
• Responsible for recruitment, interviewing, and hiring across the store
• Lead consistent evaluation and development of in-store talent
