Job Description
- Follow up on daily Plant Manager tasks.
- Relationship builder, capable of operating at all levels within the organization and with minimum supervision
- Think strategically
- Follow up and execute tasks set up by PM
Job Requirements
- He/she has a proven experience as personal assistant to Executive Manager.
- Able to bridge and take on Tasks while PM is on business travel.
- Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or relevant subject.
- Fluent in English (Speaking, listening and writing), knowledge of any other language is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
