Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our IT department and ensure the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for optimizing IT systems to support business growth. The responsibilities will include: 

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring systems, services, and infrastructure function efficiently.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.
• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
• Ensure the security of IT systems and implement measures to protect against cyber threats.
• Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to align IT initiatives with business goals.
• Manage and negotiate with external vendors for IT services and equipment.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of hardware and software systems.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of IT experience.
• Experience in ERP systems.
• Strong leadership skills and attention to details.
