Apexos Group is currently starting a new project in the Food & Beverage industry by establishing a multi-brand factory to serve our uprising investments in that sector; specifically in the Coffee Roasting and Chocolate manufacturing segments.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a HR Generalist located in the company's HQ in Heliopolis. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing HR functions, policies, requirement and personnel. Daily tasks include overseeing HR management, implementing HR policies, and administering personnel.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the HR field
- Good experience in HR Policies and in dealing with official procedures
- Knowledge of personnel management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- HR certification is a plus
- Good English language skills
- Excellent computer skills
