Role
CX & Sales Executive
At Evolution we are looking for a highly motivated CX & Sales Executive to join our operations team who will do everything they can to provide our clients with a unique and comforting experience. In addition, you will be required to contact our prospect clients in efforts to get them to subscribe to our learning platform Gravy For the Brain Arabia.
n.b. by time your duties and responsibilities may change or develop depending on needs and your personal development within the company.
Responsibilities
As a customer experience agent, you’ll answer all emails and messages from our current and prospect clients to help them with any blockers they might face and do everything you can to follow up with leads and convert them to members.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Provide fast and effective solutions to our current and prospect clients
- Communicate with the admin team in the UK to process requests
- Ensure 100% satisfaction with clients
- Communicate with leads and help convert them into members
- Assist in collating the monthly newsletter and social media posts
What you can expect on a day-to-day basis
- Promoting the membership for our prospect clients
- Study the platform and be up to date with new features and activities
- Help prospect clients with subscribing
- Communicate in written Modern Standard Arabic with clients
- Changing bad experiences to good ones
- Working with high levels of independence and assertiveness
- Communicate with clients through our support channels using Zendesk and intercom
- Assist in growing the company, documenting its processes and upgrading them

Employment period
- After your probationary period of 3 months, you will be expected to remain in this role for at least 1 year.
Requirements
You are a great person for the job if you:
- Have a minimum of C1 English level (written and oral).
- Have the ability to write in Modern Standard Arabic flawlessly.
- Tech friendly.
- Have high attention to detail.
- Don't back away from unknowns, instead you approach them with curiosity and take charge to turn them into known.
- Have a critical mindset.
- Have adaptability skills and you’re comfortable working in an accelerated environment.

Benefits
- Your compensation will be from EGP 3500 to EGP 5000 per month.
Location
- We operate from a sound studio in Dokki.
Tools
- We use apps like Zendesk, Intercom, Notion and Infusionsoft. Experience with any of them is a plus.
Working hours
- 9 am to 6 pm including 1 lunch hour.
