Job Description
1. Team coordination:
Coordinate efforts between different engineering teams to ensure smooth execution of all project aspects.
Organize regular meetings to discuss project progress and resolve issues.
2. Schedule Management:
Prepare and monitor project schedules.
Ensure adherence to deadlines, identify potential bottlenecks, and take the necessary actions to address them.
3: Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to meet project requirements.
Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
4: Quality Assurance:
Ensure all activities comply with technical standards and specifications.
Conduct necessary technical inspections to guarantee the quality of the completed work.
5: Document Management:
Prepare and maintain records and documents related to projects.
Ensure all engineering documents and drawings are updated with the latest revisions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in project management or coordination in the engineering field.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Good Command of English Language
• Planning and project management skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
• Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in relevant computer programs such as AutoCAD and MS Project.
