Job Description

  • Preparing and analyzing budgets for clients and be able to negotiate and bargain to reach the common ground.
  • Review each single movement that will reflect as money transaction. 
  • Responsible for VAT, social insurance and any kind of payments including vendor and clients payments. 
  • Tracking, reporting, and analyzing budget variances
  • Reviewing the company's financial statements to ensure they are accurate
  • Preparing month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Recommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performance
  • Forecasting future financial performance
  • Preparing and analyzing budgets
  • Providing accurate financial reports to management
  • Ensuring compliance with government regulations
  • Tracking, reporting, and analyzing budget variances
  • Reviewing the company's financial statements to ensure they are accurate
  • Preparing month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Recommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performance
  • Negotiate with client and vendors.

Job Requirements

  1. Experience Needed: 9 To 15 Years
  2. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting.
  3. Knowledge of financial software programs, ERP System. (Odoo is Plus)
  4. advanced studies CMA. CPA, CFA, MBA is highly preferred
  5. Fluency in English is preferred. 
  6. Experienced with the Egyptian Tax law.
  7. Professional English speaking and writing skills
  8. Professional E-mail writing skills
  9. Experience in outsourcing Industry (Payroll).
  10. Strong organization skills – to manage and keep track of multiple financial tasks simultaneously
  11. Attention to detail – to ensure all financial transactions are properly accounted.
  12. Problem-solving skills – to be able to identify and resolve financial issues as they arise.
  13. Time management skills – to ensure deadlines are met.
