Job Description
- Manage and monitor closely daily site works in accordance with project specifications, method statements, approved and valid construction drawings and instructions.
- Supervise the activities of sub-contractors each according to assigned duties and responsibilities.
- Review contractors daily reports, detailed in a way to show quantities executed, allocated labor force, and locations as required, and submit it.
- Produce project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and recommending actions.
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications in coordination with the supervision consultant.
- Coordination with coordination team for any sites clashes and share in finding solutions
- Reviewing code of compliance and resolving safety issues.
- Evaluating completed phases to ensure the achievement of all guidelines and specifications.
- Report to the construction manager and highlight all expected risks on site.
Job Requirements
- + 10 years experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering or related field.
