Job Description
1. Implement the annual plan for Qualification, validation, and Calibration.
2. Executing and testing the Installation Qualification, Operation Qualification and Performance Qualification for new machines.
3. Attending the qualification and validation of laboratory, control devices and R&D laboratories
4. Cleaning validation of machines.
5. Recalibration and requalification testing when new projects are finished or change control is done.
6. Reviewing the protocol and Report for Qualification (Installation Qualification, Operational Qualifications, Performance Qualification) and adding modifications.
7. Maintain and Update Documentation of qualification testing.
8. Reviewing calibration certificates.
9. Reviewing & Updating the SOP for Qualification and calibration in case of required change.
10. Development calibration work to comply with the GMP and the requirements of external and internal inspections.
11. Implement the requirements of corrective action & preventive action (CAPA).
12. Implement the incident report requirements.
13. Implement the repair notices for measuring devices.
Job Requirements
- Graduate from Faculty of Engineering Preferred Major Mechanical , Electrical , Chemical
- Preferred experience in pharmaceutical Industry.
