Job Description
- Installation for new machines.
- Provide hardware technical and break fix support on Canon and Xerox photocopiers.
- Responsible for implementing safety and security instructions for all employees in carrying out plastics machine maintenance work.
- Carry out regular audits to confirm the continuity of the operation as agreed with the customer and identify the major issues.
- Assist in setting the budget of the extra works.
- Responsibility for carrying out repair and maintenance works in accordance with the catalogues and instructions for each machine or equipment.
- Commitment to the instructions for operating the machines to maintain the efficiency and life of the photocopiers.
Job Requirements
- B.S degree in Electric, Electronic, Mechanical Engineers or related technical field.
- Previous working knowledge as a photocopier engineer and be experienced in fault-finding and impeccable attention to detail.
- Experience with efficient service for any maintenance, installation, break-fix on a variety of printer devices.
- Excellent communication skills.
